The Haute Tarentaise has become famous for its off-piste skiing and hosted the Winter Olympics in 1992. It's the ideal place to improve your skiing technique and explore new horizons. L'ÉQUIPE offers you the chance to take part in a 5- or 6-day ski holiday, during which an instructor will show you the best itineraries and breathtaking scenery. Of course, don't forget to try some Alpine cuisine!

1
day 1 :
Meet at 7pm at the hotel in Séez, near Bourg Saint Maurice. Dinner at the hotel.
2
2ème JOUR :
Trajet en minibus  Val d'Isère - Tignes .
Rdv à l'ESF Val d'Isère à 8h45. Collecte du matériel de sécurité. Briefing sur les règles de sécurité. Ski hors-piste et conseils techniques. Ski de randonnée. Vidéoconférence sur le ski hors piste. Formation à la recherche d'ARVA.
Dénivelé positif :  entre 300 mètres et 500 mètres.

3ème JOUR :
Départ à 8h30 de Séez vers Sainte-Foy-Tarentaise (25 minutes de trajet). Ski de randonnée au départ du sommet des remontées mécaniques jusqu'à la Foglietta (2900 mètres d'altitude). Après une première descente vers la vallée de Mercuel, votre groupe se dirigera vers le Mont Séti.
Dénivelé positif : 850 mètres.
Retour en minibus à l'hôtel.

4TH DAY :
Departure at 8:30 am from Séez to Les Arcs (25-minute ride). Through the Villaroger ski lifts, you will go to the Aiguille Rouge area. Several different itineraries will take you from the North-East side of the national park to the Western side down to the Rosuel. From there, you will be able to contemplate the wonderful view of the Mont Blanc, the Beaufortain and the Bellecôte.
Total ascent: 350 meters.
Minibus journey back to the hotel.

5th DAY:
Departure at 8:30 am from Séez to Tignes - Val d’Isère. Endless possibilities. From the Sources de l'Isère, near the border, to the natural park of La Sache, we offer you several itineraries for you to enjoy.
Total ascent: between 400 meters and 900 meters. 
Back to the hotel.

6th DAY:
Departure at 8:30am from Séez to La Rosière - La Thuile. Let's cross the border and meet our Italian friends! Through the Montvalezan summit, we will cross the border and descent to the Valdôtaine resort. A typical and convivial meal awaits you at the La Thuile resort. What a wonderful way to end this trip! Descent to La Rosière.
Total ascent: 500 meters.
Minibus journey to Séez back to the hotel.
